An invalid value is set in the storage file for the event acquisition filter lists.

Stops reading data from the storage file for event acquisition filter lists and continues processing. The System Environment Settings window can no longer be started from JP1/IM - View.

If the storage file for event acquisition filter lists (file-name) has been backed up, stop JP1/IM - Manager, restore the storage file, and then restart JP1/IM - Manager.
If the storage file for event acquisition filter lists has not been backed up, stop JP1/IM - Manager, and then use the following procedure to delete the storage file for event acquisition filter lists. After that, start JP1/IM - Manager and reconfigure the event acquisition filter.
To delete the storage file for event acquisition filter lists:
- In Windows:

Deleting the physical host:
cd console_path\conf\console\filter
del file-name (receive_filter_list.conf)
Deleting the logical host:
cd common_folder\jp1cons\conf\console\filter
del file-name (receive_filter_list.conf)
- In UNIX:

Deleting the physical host:
cd /etc/opt/jp1cons/conf/console/filter
rm file-name (receive_filter_list.conf)
Deleting the logical host:
cd shared_directory/jp1cons/conf/console/filter
rm file-name (receive_filter_list.conf)
If the problem persists, use the data collection tool to collect data, and then contact a system administrator.
