In the View List of Filters window, reconfigure the view filter.
Alternatively, if the view filter definition file (file-name) has been backed up, stop JP1/IM - Manager, restore the definition file, and then restart JP1/IM - Manager.
If the problem persists, use the data collection tool to collect data, and then contact a system administrator.
