3.44.3 Event Details window

The Event Details window displays detailed attribute information about a JP1 event.

If the function for restricting reference permissions and operation permissions is enabled, this window displays only information about JP1 events that occurred in the business group that the user is in charge of. For details about this function, see 44.1.4 Restrictions on viewing and operating business groups in the JP1/Integrated Management 2 - Manager Overview and System Design Guide.

The following describes the items that are displayed when the response-waiting event management function and the setting that allows users to respond to and work with response-waiting events are enabled.

Enter Response

Click this button to open the Enter Response window for the selected response-waiting event. This button is enabled when all of the following conditions exist:

  • The displayed JP1 event is a response-waiting event.

  • The Event Details window was opened from the Response-Waiting Events page, Search Events page, or a Related Events window (list of events that can be responded in the previous window).

  • The logged-in JP1 user has JP1_Console_Operator or higher permission.

    Important

    If you start the [Event Details] window by using Ctrl + Enter key soon after you close the [Event Details] window, the [Event Console]window of the WWW page version may freeze, or may not be rendered.If you close the [Event Details] window, wait for a few seconds before starting the [Event Details] window. If the [Event Console] window of the WWW page version freezes, close "JP1 Central Console"from the [Applications] tab or the [Processes] tab of Task Manager to restart it.
