JP1 Version 12 JP1/Integrated Management 2 - Manager GUI Reference

3.44.2 Event Console window

The Event Console window provides the pages listed below. These pages display the various response-waiting events. Note that the Response-Waiting Events page is displayed only when the response-waiting event management function and the Response-waiting event option in the Preferences window are enabled.

Note that if the function for restricting reference permissions and operation permissions is enabled, the above pages display only the JP1 events that occurred in the business group that the user is in charge of. For details about this function, see 44.1.4 Restrictions on viewing and operating business groups in the JP1/Integrated Management 2 - Manager Overview and System Design Guide.

For response-waiting events, the JP1 event type column displays [Figure] icons.

The following table describes the menu items that are added to the Event Console window when the response-waiting event management function and the setting that allows users to respond to and work with response-waiting events are enabled.

Organization of this subsection

(1) Response-Waiting Events page

The Response-Waiting Events page displays a list of response-waiting events that users have not responded to yet.

Figure 3‒83: Response-Waiting Events page of the Event Console window

[Figure]

The following describes the items displayed in the Event Console window.

Accumulation status

This area displays the accumulation status of response-waiting events. This area displays nothing while the number of accumulated response-waiting events does not exceed 2,000. When 2,000 is exceeded, this area displays a message to that effect (KAVB0551-E). The message continues to be displayed until the status monitoring is restarted.

Event list

This list box displays the following response-waiting events:

  • Response-waiting events that have been accumulated in JP1/IM - Manager (users have not responded)

  • Response-waiting events that have passed through the event acquisition filter

  • Response-waiting events that have passed through the user filter for the logged-in JP1 user

When you change the status of response-waiting events or release response-waiting events from the hold-and-accumulate state, you can perform that operation for a maximum of 2,000 response-waiting events at the same time.

Indicator

The color of the event indicator in the Response-Waiting Events tab shows whether there are response-waiting events. Green means that there are response-waiting events, and gray means that there are not.
