Copy

Click this button when you want to create copies of the severity change definitions selected in the View severity change definitions area. When you click this button, copies of the selected definitions are added to the end of the list. The names of the new definitions are the original names prefixed with the string Copy. For example, if you copy a definition named ABC, the copy is named Copy ABC. If Copy ABC already exists, a number (starting from 2) is added after Copy. This number is incremented (2, 3, 4, and so on) to ensure that definition names are not repeated. The Copy button is available when a severity change definition is selected in the View severity change definitions area, unless no more severity change definitions can be added. The Copy button becomes unavailable when the maximum number of definitions is reached. The button is unavailable when no severity change definition is selected or when multiple definitions are selected.
