Note

Some of the items displayed in the Related Events (Summary) window change if linkage with BJEX or JP1/AS is enabled. For information about the contents of the Related Events (Summary) window when linkage with BJEX or JP1/AS is enabled, see 3.44.5 Related Events windows.

The following describes the items displayed in the Related Events (Summary) window:

Display Items

This area displays the consolidation event selected in the Event Console window (Monitor Events or Severe Events page). The items displayed in Display Items are the same as the items displayed in the Event Console window when the suppression of monitoring of repeated events or consolidated display of repeated events is enabled. As in the Event Console window, the user can change the status of the consolidation event. When the Related Events (Summary) window has been opened from the Severe Events page, the user can delete the consolidation event.

Information is displayed in the Display Items area as follows:

  • If the event status is changed, the corresponding status icon is displayed in the leftmost column. If suppression of monitoring of repeated events is enabled, the status change applies to the oldest 100 repeated events displayed in the Related Events list (response status icons are also displayed). The status change is not applied to the 101st and subsequent repeated events.

If consolidated display of repeated events is enabled, the status change is applied to all repeated events (response status icons are also displayed).

  • If the status of the consolidation start event displayed in the Related Events list is changed and the corresponding status icon is displayed, the status icon is also displayed in the leftmost column of the Display Items area.

  • When the repeated event monitoring suppression function is enabled, an exclamation mark (!) is displayed in the leftmost column of the Display Items area if the oldest 100 repeated events do not all have the same status. If these events have the same status, no exclamation mark (!) is displayed.

When consolidated display of repeated events is enabled, an exclamation mark (!) is displayed in the leftmost column of the Display Items area if repeated events do not all have the same status.

  • If the consolidation event is deleted, Del is displayed as the consolidation status in the Display Items area, and the displayed items are dimmed. In addition, all the repeated events displayed in the Related Events area are deleted.

If the repeated event monitoring suppression function is enabled, the oldest 100 repeated events displayed in the Related Events list are deleted. Even if repeated events that follow the 100th repeated event are deleted, the number of consolidated repeated events that are displayed in Display Items is not reduced.

If consolidated display of repeated events is enabled, all repeated events displayed in the Related Events list are deleted.

  • If the consolidation start event displayed in the Related Events list is deleted, Del is displayed as the consolidation status of the consolidation event displayed in the Display Items area, and the displayed items are dimmed.

  • If the display items in the Preferences window are changed, the items displayed in the Display Items area are also changed.

The items displayed in the Related Events list are the same as the items displayed in the Event Console window when suppression of monitoring of repeated events or consolidated display of repeated events is enabled. However, nothing is displayed in the Summary Status column. The user can change the status of the repeated events in the same way as in the Event Console window.

  • The user can change the consolidation event displayed in the Display Items area by selecting a new consolidation event in the Event Console window, choosing View from the menu bar, and then choosing Display Related Event List.

  • If the status of an event displayed in the Related Events (Summary) window is changed in another window, the change is not applied to the Related Events (Summary) window. The user can display the latest information by closing and re-opening the Related Events (Summary) window.

The value {0} is incremented each time an event is added to the Related Events list.

Events that cannot be displayed:

If 101 or more repeated events have been consolidated, the 101st and subsequent repeated events cannot be displayed in the Related Events list. For the repeated events that cannot be displayed, the arrival time of the 101st event and the arrival time of the last event are displayed. If 100 or fewer repeated events have been consolidated, all of the events are displayed in the Related Events list, and the Events that cannot be displayed area does not appear.

To view repeated events after the 100th repeated event, use a time as a search condition to search for repeated events that arrived within the two times displayed in the Events that cannot be displayed area.

For details about event searches, see 6.8 Searching for JP1 events in the JP1/Integrated Management 2 - Manager Administration Guide.
