  3. Click the Download button.

    The Downloader window appears.

    [Figure]

    Important
    • If you select App in the Send/Receive menu, clicking the Download button displays a dialog box for downloading the file aftclient.dhxc. The Downloader window appears once you download the file and open it.

    • In case of select of the JWS, unlike using Internet Explorer, if you are using Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, or Safari as a web browser, selecting Download opens a dialog box to download the aftclient.jnlp file. When you download and open this file, the Downloader window is displayed.

    Note

If one or more files with the same name are found in the folder to which aftclient.jnlp is downloaded, it is renamed to aftclient(n).jnlp depending on your browser, where n is a number that indicates how many times the file has been downloaded. The aftclient(n).jnlp files are not removed automatically, and as many files as you downloaded are retained.

For example, when you use Google Chrome as a web browser, we recommend that if you find some files, in the dialog box to confirm that you want to download the aftclient.jnlp file, click View All to open the download window, and use the Open Download Folder menu item to remove files on a regular basis.

Note that the name of the file is aftclient(n).dhxc if you select App in the Send/Receive menu.

  4. Click the Save button, and then select a destination where the file is saved.

If you specify a non-local folder as a destination, select the Use a local copy mode. check box. Selecting this check box could reduce the time required to download the selected file or folder.

    Important
    • You cannot operate the In-box window while the Downloader window appears.

    • If a timeout occurs during the download, the file download fails. If you have specified a non-local folder as a destination, specify a local folder as a destination and then download the file again.

  5. The Downloading Finished!! dialog box appears.

The time required for download is displayed in Download time.

  6. Click the OK button.

    A download is completed.
