11.2.5 Message
The list of peculiar messages of the user count command is as follows.
If the exit code is 0, a message is output to the standard output. If the exit code is other than 0, a message is output to the standard error output.

Perform the following operations, and then execute the command again:

If the database service (JP1_DH_DATABASE_SVR) is not running, start the database service.

Write the password for the database into the JP1/DH - Server configuration file (digikatsuwide.xml). Then, change the application configuration by following the instructions in 5.3.2 Changing the application configuration.
If the same error continues to occur even after the operations 1 and 2 above are performed, collect data by using the data collection tool and then contact the system administrator.
