2.7.4 Notes when running anti-virus software
If anti-virus software imposes an exclusive control lock on a file or folder used by JP1/AJS3 for EAP, the following problems might arise:

A command or custom job cannot be executed or might be delayed.
A command or custom job cannot be executed, terminates abnormally, or might be delayed due to the exclusive control lock placed on the file required to execute the command or custom job.

A custom job definition cannot be modified.
An attempt to add or modify a custom job definition might fail due to the exclusive control lock placed on the JP1/AJS3 for EAP custom job file.

No information is output to a file.
Information might not be output to a file due to the exclusive control lock placed on files that are output by JP1/AJS3 for EAP.

JP1/AJS3 for EAP cannot output log data.
An exclusive control lock placed on a JP1/AJS3 for EAP log file might prevent JP1/AJS3 for EAP from outputting log data and make it difficult to troubleshoot errors.
If you run a virus check during JP1/AJS3 for EAP operation, exclude the following files and folders. If you run a virus check while JP1/AJS3 for EAP is stopped, make sure the following files and folders were scanned before you restart JP1/AJS3 for EAP:
