2.2.2 Setting the path

To use the job control commands, define the command storage path for each user.

• Windows

  With Windows, use the System Properties dialog box to define the environment variable PATH.

  To open the System Properties dialog box, from Control Panel, double-click the System icon.

  Set the environment variable PATH to installation folder\program.

• Linux

  With Linux, the system administrator must enter the path definition in the system profile. For the path definition, use environment variable PATH. Set the environment variable PATH to /opt/jp1_am_r3/bin/.
