When new installation, the value of POM_DATA_PATH is different depending on the installation folder.

The %allusersprofile% folder is not displayed if you have configured the system to not show hidden files and folders. You can display the folder by configuring the system to show all files. For details on how to do so, see the Help for the operating system.
