#1

Equivalent to unit attribute parameters in JP1/AJS. For details, see the description of the syntax of unit definition files in the manual JP1/Automatic Job Management System 3 Command Reference.

#2

The unit name is always displayed in a jobnet flow image. It cannot be selected or removed in the Jobnet Flow Format Definition Settings window.

#3

This item can be selected for each unit type in the Jobnet Flow Format Definition window.

#4

Equivalent to the format indicator specified in the -f option of the JP1/AJS ajsprint command. For details, see the description of the ajsprint command in the manual JP1/Automatic Job Management System 3 Command Reference.

#5

Equivalent to parameters of unit definition information output by the -a option of the JP1/AJS ajsprint command. For details, see the description of the ajsprint command in the manual JP1/Automatic Job Management System 3 Command Reference.

#6

When outputting a document in list format, this item might exceed the maximum character string length (up to 32,000 bytes) the document can display.

#7

When outputting a document in list format or as a jobnet flow image, this item might exceed the maximum character string length (up to 4,000 bytes) the document can display per unit of data. In this case, cross (×) and the text The data has too many characters to display appear on screen and in the document.

#8

When outputting a jobnet flow image, this item might exceed the maximum character string length (up to 255 bytes) Microsoft Excel can display in a cell. In this case, ##### appears as the data in the Excel cell.

#9

This item displays the number of jobs directly under the jobnet. This number does not include job groups, jobnets, start conditions, or jobnet connectors.

For a manager jobnet, you cannot collect information from another JP1/AJS3 - Manager host, so you cannot display the number of jobs directly under the jobnet.

#10

Equivalent the format indicator specified in the -i option of the JP1/AJS ajsshow command (except for %). For details, see the description of the ajsshow command in the manual JP1/Automatic Job Management System 3 Command Reference.

#11

In a Japanese environment, when you select either Sign or Description in Detail of column item in Format Definition Settings dialog, the same value is displayed.

Notes:
  • In (Jobnet)Rule number of the schedule, configuration information is not output when the rule number matches the link number.

  • For the root job group (AJSROOT1) created automatically at JP1/AJS installation, (Common) Created time displays the date on which the database in the installation image was created.

  • Sign, Description in the Detail of item column in the table represents the code and description of the information output by the JP1/AJS ajsprint and ajsshow commands. For details on the information output by the ajsprint and ajsshow commands, see the description of the definition information format and parameters in the manual JP1/Automatic Job Management System 3 Command Reference.

  • Signs are displayed for unsupported unit types even if Description is specified as the display format for the column item in the format definition.

  • If there is no relevant data, or if the unit type is not subject to column output, a blank space, a hyphen (-), or asterisks (***) will be displayed. For unit types that are subject to column output, see the descriptions of the ajsprint command and ajsshow command in the manual JP1/Automatic Job Management System 3 Command Reference.
