10.4.1 Preparing to use the data collection tools
After installing JP1/AJS3 - Print Option and JP1/AJS3 - Print Option Manager, copy the respective data collection tools to a folder other than the one in which the program is installed.
At installation, the data collection tools are stored at the following locations:
- Data collection tool for JP1/AJS3 - Print Option
installation-folder\PO_ras.bat
- Data collection tool for JP1/AJS3 - Print Option Manager (in Windows)
installation-folder\POM_ras.bat
- Data collection tool for JP1/AJS3 - Print Option Manager (in UNIX)
/opt/jp1ajs2pom/POM_ras.sh

In JP1/AJS3 - Print Option, the default value of installation-folder is system-drive:\Program Files\Hitachi\JP1AJS2PO.
For Windows (64-bit), interpret Program Files as Program Files (x86).

In JP1/AJS3 - Print Option Manager, the default value of installation-folder is system-drive:\Program Files (x86)\Hitachi\P1AJS2POM.

Do not copy a data collection tool to an installation folder (such as C:\Program Files) or its subfolders.

A data collection tool is updated during an upgrade installation.

The data collection tools are not customizable.
