To resolve the problem by using commands:

Use the ajsagtshow command to check which execution agent group is connected to the connection-destination execution agent. Next, use the ajsagtalt command to exclude the corresponding execution agent that is to be deleted from the execution agent group identified by using the ajsagtshow command, and then retry the operation.

To resolve the problem by performing operations on execution agents from the web interface:

To resolve the problem by performing operations on execution agents from the web interface, use the Execution Agent screen or REST API to check the execution agent group from which execution agents are connected as connection destinations. Then, from the execution agent group that you checked, exclude the relevant execution agents, and then retry the operation. For details about Execution Agent screen, see 16.4 Execution Agent screen in the JP1/Automatic Job Management System 3 Operator's Guide. For details about REST API, see 7.1.31 Execution agent group definition acquisition API in the manual JP1/Automatic Job Management System 3 Command Reference, and 7.1.36 API to exclude or add execution agents, or to change their priority levels in the manual JP1/Automatic Job Management System 3 Command Reference.
