The agent manager function has stopped and the processing cannot be executed.
Probable causes are:

The logical host name contains an error.

Execution is not possible because the agent management function has stopped.

Terminates command processing.

Make sure that the logical host name specified in the -h option or the JP1_HOSTNAME environment variable is identical to the created logical host name, including the use of upper case and lower case, and then re-execute the operation.
If the JP1/AJS3 service is not running, start that service and then re-execute the command.
