KAVV3351-E

No authorization. (unit-name)

Processing is impossible because the JP1/AJS3 service and the OS user mapped to the JP1 user do not have the required permission.

The probable causes are:

When the connection destination is JP1/AJS3 - Manager for Windows
  • When you are using the JP1/AJS3 service with a user account, you do not have the required permissions.

For details on the required permissions, see 4.2.3 Changing the JP1/AJS3 service settings (Windows only) in the JP1/Automatic Job Management System 3 System Design (Configuration) Guide.

  • The OS user mapped to the logged-in JP1 user is defined incorrectly in the user mapping settings in JP1/Base.

For details about the OS user definition format, see 3.1.1 Setting up JP1/Base in the JP1/Automatic Job Management System 3 Configuration Guide.

  • Read and write permissions for the folder specified by database directory name for the scheduler service, and the files in that folder, have not been set for the OS user mapped to the JP1 user.

When the connection destination is JP1/AJS3 - Manager for UNIX
  • The OS user mapped to the JP1 user does not have read permission for the configuration definition files (files in /opt/jp1/hcclibcnf/regdir).

  • Read, write, and execute permissions (rwx) for the directory specified by database directory name for the scheduler service, and the files in that directory, have not been set for the OS user mapped to the JP1 user.
