No response could be received from JP1/AJS3 - Manager within the waiting time.

The default waiting time is 30 minutes. However, note that this message might appear before the waiting time expires if JP1/AJS3 - Manager is disconnected due to the automatic disconnection setting for a network device or due to a temporary network failure.

If this message appears before the waiting time expires after operation of JP1/AJS3 - View, check that the network status is correct, and then try the operation again.

If this message appears after the waiting time has elapsed after operation of JP1/AJS3 - View, check the processing status of the operation performed by JP1/AJS3 - View.

The following describes how to set the waiting time.

How to set the waiting time:

Create the value DWORD of the name REC_TIMEOUT for the registry key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWAER\HITACHI\JP1AJS2V#, and set the value for the timeout (seconds). Settings take effect the next time that JP1/AJS3 - View starts. The maximum value of REC_TIMEOUT in hexadecimal is 00093A80 (604,800 in decimal).

For 64-bit versions of Windows, replace HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE with HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node.
