The command cannot be executed because the embedded database is not configured, or has been configured with a JP1/AJS3 version earlier than 10-00.

If this message is output for an embedded database configured with JP1/AJS3 10-00 or later, check whether the embedded database configuration file below exists. If the file does not exist, create the embedded database again, and then execute the command.
