An error occurred in the check processing of user mapping. (logical host=logical-host-name, function=maintenance-information-1, code=maintenance-information-2)

Processing failed because user mapping was not set up correctly.

(S)

Places the queueless job into Failed to start status.

(O)

The probable causes are as follows:

  • An attempt to set up the logical host specified for logical-host-name might have failed.

  • User who owns is specified for Executed by in the detailed definition of the job, but no value is specified for Owner.

  • The environment might have been corrupted.

See the integrated trace log to check whether an error messages have been output. If an error message was output, correct the error according to the instructions given by the message, and then restart the queueless agent service and re-execute the queueless job that resulted in the error.

If you cannot correct the problem by taking the above actions, contact the system administrator, and then collect data (see 1.2.3 To the system administrators).
