The total of the limit on the number of possible concurrent sessions on the Scheduler service exceeded the limit on the number of possible concurrent sessions on a host.
The probable causes are:

The sum value of the SERVICEMAXSESSION environment setting parameters exceeds the value of the MAXSESSION environment setting parameter.
If the maximum number of concurrent sessions for all scheduler services (the total values of the SERVICEMAXSESSION parameters) exceeds the maximum number of concurrent sessions for a host (the MAXSESSION parameter), JP1/AJS3 - View might not be able to connect.

The SERVICEMAXSESSION environment setting parameter is not specified for some scheduler services.
If there are multiple scheduler services, the SERVICEMAXSESSION environment setting parameter must be specified for all the scheduler services.

Check whether the estimated values of the MAXSESSION and SERVICEMAXSESSION environment setting parameters are correct. If necessary, change the values. If you changed the value of a MAXSESSION environment setting parameter, restart the scheduler service on the applicable host. If you changed the value of a SERVICEMAXSESSION environment setting parameter, restart the applicable scheduler service.
