Check whether the estimated value of the SERVICEMAXSESSION environment setting parameter is correct. If necessary, change the value. For details on the environment setting parameter, see 20.4 Setting up the scheduler service environment in the JP1/Automatic Job Management System 3 Configuration Guide.
If the estimate is correct, wait until other connections have ended, and then try to establish the connection again.
