(1) Notes on the Edit Monthly Calendar window

Range of display and definition
In the Edit Monthly Calendar window, you can display or define the range from January 1994 to December 2036.

Definition regarding base date and time
You cannot define the base date or base time. For definition, use the Define Details - [Job Group] dialog box.

When the scheduler service not running
When the scheduler service is not running, the system is abnormally terminated.

Users who are allowed to change calendar information
Users who can change calendar information in JP1/AJS3 - View are limited to those who are given update privilege for job group definitions or attribute changes. If the job group has an upper-level job group, the user must have a reference privilege for all upper-level job groups.

Using multiple means to change the same job group
Using the Edit Monthly Calendar window and related commands, if you change several items of calendar information in the same job group, only the last items will become valid.

Defining calendar information covering multiple years
Defining calendar information for multiple years may sometimes cause a memory shortage. You should save such calendar information at regular intervals.

(2) Notes on the Edit Yearly Calendar window

Range of display and definition
In the Edit Yearly Calendar window, you can display or define the range from 1994 to 2036. Other than for January, however, the monthly indication before 1994 or after 2036 will become inactive.
