11.4.6 Specifying the columns displayed in the list area

You can set items displayed in the list area of the JP1/AJS3 - View window (Main window) and the order in which they appear.

Procedure

To specify items to be displayed in the list area:

1. In the JP1/AJS3 - View window, choose Options and Display Item Setup.

   The Display Item Setup dialog box appears.

2. In the Display Item Setup dialog box, choose the Main Window page.

   The Main Window page of the Display Item Setup dialog box appears.

3. Specify the items to be displayed.

   If you want to show items:

   In Displayable items, select all the items you want to display in the list area of the JP1/AJS3 - View window (Main window), and then click the Add button. The selected items move to Displayed items.

   If you want to hide items:

   In Displayed items, select all the items you do not want to display in the list area of the JP1/AJS3 - View window (Main window), and click the Delete button. The selected items move to Displayable items.

4. Specify the sequence for displaying the items.

   Use the Up and Down buttons to arrange the items in Displayed items into the sequence you want them to be displayed in the list area. The uppermost item in Displayed items will be in the leftmost position of the list area.

5. Click the OK button.

   When you choose Options and Display Item Setup in the JP1/AJS3 - View window (Main window), the setting takes effect after you close the Display Item Setup dialog box.

   When you perform the above operation in a window excluding the JP1/AJS3 - View window (Main window), the setting becomes effective after you restart the JP1/AJS3 - View window (Main window).
