6.3.6 Linking the schedule rules of the upper-level jobnet

To link the schedule rules of the upper-level jobnet with a nested jobnet:

  1. In the JP1/AJS3 - View window, in Function Menu, click Schedule Definition.

    Schedule Definition is now selected.

  2. In the list area, click the root jobnet of the jobnet for which you want to define a schedule.

    The root jobnet you clicked is now selected.

  3. Choose Edit and then Edit, or double-click the root jobnet.

    The Jobnet Editor window appears.

  4. In the tree area of the Jobnet Editor window, click the target jobnet and choose Edit and then Schedule.

    The Schedule Settings dialog box appears.

  5. Deselect Depends on upper-level jobnet.

  6. In Schedule rules, click the Add button.

    The Schedule Rule dialog box appears.

  7. Make definitions in Rule number and Rule number to link.

    Rule number

    Specify the rule number.

    Rule number to link

    Specify the rule number of the upper-level jobnet with which the schedule rules are to be associated.

  8. Click the OK button.

    The Schedule Settings dialog box closes.
