1.5.1 Installing JP1/AJS3 - View
Install JP1/AJS3 - View on the JP1/AJS3 - View host.
Prerequisites

Make sure that the OS of the JP1/AJS3 - View host is a prerequisite OS of JP1/AJS3 - View.

Log in to the JP1/AJS3 - View host as an OS user with Administrator permissions.
Procedure

Terminate all JP1 programs.

Insert the distribution media into the drive and start the installation.
Proceed with the installation according to the instructions of the started installer. Specify the following items during installation:

User information
-
Installation folder
The default installation folder is as follows:
In an x86 environment:
system-drive:\Program Files\HITACHI\JP1AJS2V
In an x64 environment:
system-drive:\Program Files (x86)\HITACHI\JP1AJS2V
In an x64 environment, do not install JP1/AJS3 - View under system-drive:\Program Files\. Problems might occur during operation if JP1/AJS3 - View is in a Program Files folder that contains 64-bit modules.
Do not install JP1/AJS3 - View in the installation folder of any other product.

If you are prompted to restart the system, restart Windows.
Result
JP1/AJS3 - View is installed on the JP1/AJS3 - View host.
Postrequisites
Log in to JP1/AJS3 - Manager from JP1/AJS3 - View.
If you operate JP1/AJS3 - View with the default settings, you do not need to set up JP1/AJS3 - View.
