1.2.2 Prerequisite language settings for OS
The language settings for the OS of the manager host, the agent host, the JP1/AJS3 - View host, and the Web Console server must be specified as the same language as that used in JP1/AJS3.
Make sure that United States is specified for the area setting, and English is specified for the language setting via the control panel of each host. If the language settings are incorrect, characters might be garbled, and definition data might be altered.
