The following property was added to the user property file (ucnp_user.properties). This property sets user IDs of users who are allowed access to the Dashboard window.

Changes were made to the specifications so that the following menu item is displayed only when the user in question is allowed access to the Dashboard window:
- Display the Operation Log Dashboard menu item

A note on what happens when the Start Editing button is not clicked was added to the description of the toolbar in the Operational Content Editing Window.

The color palette is now available in the Attribute Settings window (static-text parts in the guide area) to specify colors for the displayed character strings.

It is now possible to embed parameters into an HTML source string specified in the Attribute Settings window (HTML parts in the guide area).

It is now possible to customize the CSS style of the task information items displayed in the JP1/AO window showing the task status that is displayed by an Automatic Operation Window URL Creation Plugin part.
Following this change, the CSS for Task Details Window text box was added to the Attribute Settings window (Automatic Operation Window URL Creation Plugin parts) so that CSS style can be specified for the display items to be customized.
