6.6.2 Printing Operational Content

1. In the web browser, make sure that Print Background Colors and Images is enabled.

2. In the menu area of the Operational Content Editing Window or Operational Content Execution Window, click and display the Operational Content to be printed.

3. If the window you displayed in step 2 is Operational Content Editing Window, click the button (Print button) on the toolbar. If the window you displayed in step 2 is Operational Content Execution Window, click the Print menu in the header area.

   The print window opens as a new window.

   Note that if the window you opened is Operational Content Execution Window, the following items are not displayed:

   • Operational Content ID

   • Operational Flow (if display of the operational flow area is disabled in the Operational Content Execution Window)

4. From the Display scope menu, select the display scope of the print window.

   To display the operational flow area only, select Operational Flow. To print the guide area only, select Guide. In the initial status, All is selected.

5. Use the print function of the web browser to print the Operational Content.
