4.8.3 Placing check boxes (guide area)

1. In the Guide palette, click (Check Box button).

   (Check Box button) is selected.

2. In the guide area, click a location.

   A check box part is placed.

   

3. Double-click anywhere on the check box part.

   The Attribute Settings window appears.

4. Enter the label (character string to be displayed) for the check box.

   If necessary, specify the default setting of the check box and whether selection of the check box is required.

   For details about the items in the Attribute Settings window, see 4.8.4 Items in the Attribute Settings window (check box part in the guide area).

5. Click the Update button.

   The label for the check box is replaced with the character string you entered.
