4.5.2 How to use image parts (guide area)

In the guide area, image parts are always displayed behind other Guide Parts. Therefore, you cannot use image parts in such a way that they hide other Guide Parts. You can effectively use image parts to display the following images:

• Backgrounds and frames to emphasize the Guide Parts that display character strings

• Photos and illustrations to explain work details

  For example, to explain how to operate an application or Web system, you can place screenshots to make the users easily understand how to operate.

  Also, to explain how to turn off a machine or check whether cables are connected, you can place photos of the actual machine, so the users can easily understand where to check and how to operate.

• Photos and illustrations for the purpose of decoration

Note

You can specify the display order (front or back) of image parts.
