2.10.1 Previewing Operational Content

This subsection describes how to preview Operational Content to check its appearance and operation.

1. On the toolbar, click (Save button) to save the Operational Content.

2. On the toolbar, click (Preview button).

   The Operational Content Execution Window (Preview) for the Operational Content being edited appears.

   The display items in the Operational Content Execution Window (Preview) are the same as those of the normal Operational Content Execution Window, except for the following:

   • In the header area, the Editing Window View menu item and Suspend button are always hidden.

   • The menu area is always closed.

3. In the Operational Content Execution Window (Preview), conduct a test to check whether the Operational Content has been created correctly and whether the intended operations can be performed.

   Based on the results of the test, modify the operational flow and guide areas as needed.

   Cautionary notes:

   Do not reference any other Operational Content from the menu area displayed in the Operational Content Execution Window (Preview). Doing so will cause unpredictable system behavior.

   Also, do not perform any operations (for example, displaying the print window of Operational Content and obtaining the URL of Operational Content) other than checking the appearance and actions of the Operational Content.
