2.3.5 Items in the Copy Operational Content window

The following figure shows the Copy Operational Content window.

Figure 2‒3: Copy Operational Content window (when one piece of Operational Content is the copy source)

[Figure]

The following describes the items in the Copy Operational Content window.

Organization of this subsection

(1) Operational Content name text box

Enter a string of 128 or fewer characters as the name of the copy of Operational Content. This text box displays name-of-copy-source-Operational-Content - Copy as the default name. If, however, the name name-of-copy-source-Operational-Content - Copy exceeds the upper limit (128 bytes), the name is automatically shortened to 128 or fewer bytes.

If multiple pieces of Operational Content are copied at the same time, the names of their copies are determined automatically, and cannot be specified manually. In such a case, to keep the name of each copy unique, a number is automatically added at the end of the name of each copy based on the system configuration settings.

(2) Member group name text box

Enter a string of 128 or fewer characters as the group name# of the copy of Operational Content. If multiple pieces of Operational Content are copied at the same time, the copy-source name or default group name is automatically set for each copy of Operational Content, and cannot be specified manually.

#

Two consecutive backslashes (\\) are counted as one backslash (\).

Based on the settings when the system was configured, this text box might display another group name (or the group name of the copy-source Operational Content) as the default.

(3) Access permission groups to be set for the Operational Content

Select one or more check boxes for the access permission groups to be set for the copy of Operational Content. When you log in as the system administrator, all the access permission groups are displayed. When you log in as the Content Manager, the access permission groups to which the role of Content Manager is assigned are displayed.

Clicking an access permission group name opens the Check Access Permission Groups window, which enables you to check the definition of the access permission group.

When user authentication by JP1/Base is used, JP1 Resource Group to be set for the Operational Content is displayed in place of this item.

(4) JP1 resource group to be set for Operational Content

Select one or more check boxes for the JP1 resource groups to be set for the copy of Operational Content. When you log in as the Content Manager or the Content Creator, the JP1 resource groups to which the JP1 permission level of HNP_Admin or HNP_Creator is assigned are displayed.

When you log in as the system administrator or a Content Creator who has permission for the entire system, in the text box, enter the name of the JP1 resource group to be set for the copy of Operational Content, and then click the Add button.

Note that this item is displayed only in an environment that uses user authentication by JP1/Base.

(5) OK button

Clicking this button applies the settings you specified to the Operational Content, and then closes the Copy Operational Content window.

(6) Cancel button

Clicking this button closes the Copy Operational Content window without applying the settings you specified to the Operational Content.
