1.7.8 Finishing the Operational Content editing process

1. If you have not saved the Operational Content you are working on, click the Save button in the toolbar.

   

2. Click the Finish Editing button in the toolbar.

   

   The Enter Comments window appears.

   

3. In the Comments text box, enter information such as an overview of the edits made to the Operational Content, and comments intended for people in charge.

4. In the Enter Comments window, click the OK button.

   The edited content is applied to the Operational Content.

   If you do not want to apply the edited content to the Operational Content

   By clicking the Discard Edits button, you can discard the edits you made and return the Operational Content to the state it was in before you started the editing process.
