The mode of management of users of the dashboard function was modified. Following this change, the following changes were made:

The following property was added to the settings specified in the user property file (ucnp_user.properties):
- ucnp.base.server.dashboard.auth.userids (list of user IDs of users who are allowed access to the Dashboard window for the operation log)

The following properties were removed from the settings specified in the user setup property file (ucnp_setup_user.properties):
- ucnp.setup.server.dashboard.web.userid (user ID of the user accessing the dashboard)
- ucnp.setup.server.dashboard.web.password (password of the user accessing the dashboard)

The steps that must be followed to migrate settings related to the users of the Dashboard function were added to the part of the version upgrading procedure that describes how to restore the data to be upgraded.
