10.2 Problems that might occur after operation begins
If a problem occurs after you have started Navigation Platform operation, see the following information:

Information collected by the npsnapshotlog command (collect troubleshooting information)
The information collected by the npsnapshotlog command is classified into primary materials and secondary materials.
- Primary materials

This includes the log information used to obtain an overview of problems and the system's major settings files. The primary materials alone are sufficient to handle simple problems.
The primary materials also include the following files that contain user information:

Machine's system information and system files

Navigation Platform's various settings files

- Secondary materials

This includes detailed system settings files, such as registry information that is not included in the primary materials. Use the secondary materials to troubleshoot difficult problems that cannot be resolved by using only the primary materials.
