6.6 Applying the files created in the development environment

In the development environment, plugins and custom windows are developed as J2EE applications. In the editing environment or the execution environment, files such as the EAR files of the J2EE application created in the development environment are received and then applied to the system.

Important

When the files related to User Plugins are received from the development environment, the following property key values must be unique in the target editing environment or execution environment:

  • userplugin.id

  • userplugin.name

  • userplugin.server.controller.ioaction.type (applicable only to I/O Plugins)

These property keys are specified when templates for User Plugins are created. If these property key values are duplicated in the same environment, operation is not guaranteed.
