5.13.1 Configuration requirements for JP1/IM
The following explains the configuration requirements for JP1/IM to use the JP1 Event Status Change Plugin.
-
Use JP1/Base 10-50 or later.
You must set up JP1/Base 10-50 or later on the machine where JP1/IM-M has been set up.
-
Use the same user authentication block.
For JP1/Base that has been set up on the JP1/IM machine, use the same user authentication block as for Navigation Platform.
-
Specify the path of the jcochstat command storage directory in the PATH system environment variable on the machine where JP1/IM has been set up.
For details about the jcochstat command, see the manual JP1/Integrated Management - Manager Command and Definition File Reference or the manual JP1/Integrated Management 2 - Manager Command and Definition File Reference.
-
Map JP1 users and OS users in JP1/Base on the machine where JP1/IM has been set up.
You need to map the OS accounts with Windows administrator privileges for all JP1 users who will be operating Operational Contents that use JP1 Link Plugins.
Note that there is no problem if the host OS of JP1/IM differs from that of Navigation Platform.
-
Set Navigation Platform reference permissions.
Grant the permissions (JP1 permission level) that allow Navigation Platform to be referenced to only those JP1/IM users who are permitted to manipulate JP1/IM JP1 events. For details about the JP1/IM operation permissions, see the manual JP1/Integrated Management - Manager Overview and System Design Guide or the manual JP1/Integrated Management 2 - Manager Overview and System Design Guide.
Before you use the JP1 Event Status Change Plugin, verify that these settings have been completed.
