The session is already disconnected. Possible causes are as follows:

(1) The target server disconnected the connection.

(2) A logout command was executed using the terminal command plug-in.

(3) A communication error occurred.

Check whether any of the following occurred, and then re-execute the service:

(1) The target server disconnected due to a timeout.

(2) A logout command was executed using the terminal command plug-in.

(3) A problem occurred in the network path.
