The session is already disconnected. Possible causes are as follows:

(1) The target server disconnected the connection.

(2) A communication error occurred.

[Action]

Check the target server settings and the standard output and standard error output information that was output to the task log. For example, the server disconnection might be caused by a timeout. If there is no problem, check for problems in the network path. After resolving the problem, restart the service if necessary.
