[Cause]

Possible causes are as follows:

- Administrative sharing is disabled.

- A valid value is not set for the wmi.workDirectory.sharedName in the destination property file.

- A valid value is not set for the wmi.workDirectory.sharedPath in the destination property file.

[Action]

Verify the following, and then run the service again:

- Administrative sharing is enabled.

- A valid value is specified for the wmi.workDirectory.sharedName in the destination property file.

- A valid value is specified for the wmi.workDirectory.sharedPath in the destination property file.

If the problem persists, collect log information, and then contact a system administrator.
