[Cause]

The possible causes are as follows:

(1) The selected service template is not built.

(2) The location where the file is to be saved does not exist or cannot be accessed.

(3) There is not enough free space on the disk where the file is to be saved.

(4) The file to be exported does not exist or cannot be accessed.

[Action]

If the service template is being developed, build the service template, and then try again.

If the service template is not being developed, first close the service template list dialog box, and then try again.

If the problem persists, use the data collection tool to collect the necessary information, and then contact your system administrator.
