1.2.2 About the OS language settings on the JP1/AO server

The table below shows the language settings (locales) that are supported by JP1/AO, for each OS.

Specify the settings according to the table. Make sure that language settings are configured as shown below. If not, characters might be garbled or defined information might be rewritten.

#: "Other languages" refer to German, French, Spanish, Korean, and Russian. If you set one of these languages, text in operation windows is displayed in English. However, characters specific to these languages can be input and output.
