6.4 Changing formats
You can output documents in a variety of formats. To select the format for your document, use the format combo box in the Job Operation Document Output window.
The figures below show examples of on-screen and printed documents for each option in the format combo box.

If the job has finished executing, the Scheduled execution end date and time obtained from a computed processing cycle column displays the actual time the unit finished executing.

The Notes column is added by the product that provided the information. In monthly and daily documents, the Notes column is always the last column in the document. In lists, the column appears in the location specified in the format definition.
