Added icons to distinguish the ajsprint command output items from the ajsshow command output items to the Items list and Selected items list in the Jobnet Flow Format Definition Settings window.

Selected items specified in the Jobnet Flow Format Definition Settings window are now made to be output as a legend for each unit type to the first page of Excel produced by jobnet flow output.
