9.4.6 Displaying the jobs with a specific execution status
JP1/IT Desktop Management 2 - Manager allows you to display jobs that have a specific execution status. This enables you to display only the jobs that ended in error or jobs that completed successfully. To display jobs that have a specific execution status, select View and then Filter to open the Filter dialog box, and specify the view conditions. To display entire jobs after displaying jobs with a specific status, select View and then All Job Types.
The following describes the items you can specify with the Filter dialog box.
- Jobs to display

Specifies the types of jobs to display.

All jobs
Select this option to display all the jobs.

Host group job
Select this option to display jobs whose destination is set to a node.

ID group job
Select this option to display jobs whose destination is set to an ID group.

- Job type

Displays jobs that have one or more selected job types. To select a job type, select a check box on the left of the job type name. By default, all the job types are selected.
- Job execution status

Displays a job that has one or more selected execution statuses. To select a status, select a check box on the left of the job execution status. This item can only be selected when View - All Jobs is selected in the Job Status window.
If you select multiple execution statuses, all the jobs that satisfy at least one of the selected execution statuses are displayed.
The following describes each execution status.

All successfully completed
Displays the jobs whose execution has completed successfully.

Error in job(s) sent client
Displays the jobs on which an error occurred during execution.

Installation/collection job(s) waiting for client response
Displays the jobs waiting for remote installation or collection in a relay manager/system or managed computer.

Job(s) are running/registering/waiting/startup failure
Displays the jobs that are Registering or Standing by, among the running jobs or ID group jobs.

Job(s) have not been sent to client
Displays the jobs that have not been executed among the scheduled jobs.

Now being deleted
Displays the jobs that are being deleted by the relay manager/system or managed computer.

- Job status

Displays the details of the selected execution status. To select a job status, select a check box on the left of the job status. This item can only be selected when View - All Job Details is selected in the Job Status window.
If you select multiple job statuses, all the jobs that satisfy at least one of the selected job status are displayed.
The following describes each job status.

Completed
Displays the details of the jobs whose execution has completed successfully.

Error
Displays the details of the jobs on which an error occurred during execution.

Suspended/resumed
Displays the details of the jobs whose execution has been temporarily suspended by a suspension condition, or jobs that are resuming execution in response to a resume instruction.

Waiting for installing/collecting
Displays the details of the jobs waiting for remote installation or collection in a relay manager/system or managed computer.

Running/Registering/Standing by/Startup failure
Displays the details of the jobs that are Registering or Standing by, among the running jobs or ID group jobs.

Waiting for execution
Displays the details of the jobs that have not been executed among the scheduled jobs.

Now being deleted
Displays the details of the jobs that are being deleted by the relay manager/system or managed computer.

- Execution date/time

You can specify as a condition a date and time at which a job was executed. To do so, select the Execution date/time check box. You can also specify a date/time range. The date/time range can be selected from the following pull-down syntax list:

From/to
The range is set to from the date and time specified in the left-side fields to the date and time specified in the right-side fields.

Before
The range is set to before the date and time specified in the left-side fields.

After
The range is set to after the date and time specified in the left-side fields.

On or before
The range is set to the date and time specified in the left-side fields and before that date and time.

On or after
The range is set to the date and time specified in the left-side fields and after that date and time.

On
Select this option to specify a specific date and time. Specify the date and time in the left-side fields.

- Scheduled execution date/time

You can specify a date and time on which a job is scheduled to be executed as a condition. To do so, select the Scheduled Execution date/time check box. You can specify a date/time range in the same manner as Execution date/time.
- Execution time limit

You can specify an execution time limit as a condition. To do so, select the Execution time limit check box. You can specify a date/time range in the same manner as Execution date/time.
