9.4.5 Checking the status of an ID group job
Among the jobs whose destination is set to an ID group, execution status for the following types of jobs can be checked in the Job Status window.

The following sections describe how to check the status of a job whose destination is set to an ID group.

(1) Displaying the execution status for each relay managing the ID
To check the execution status for each relay system that is managing ID group jobs:

In the Job Status window, clear the View ID Job Agents check box in the View menu.

Double click an ID group job.
The ID group is displayed under the job.

Double click the ID group.
Under the ID group, the relay system managing the ID group appears. A package name is displayed in the Job/Destination/Package pane on the right.

The table below shows the types of execution status for ID group jobs that are displayed in the Job Status window when the View ID Job Agents check box is cleared.

(2) Displaying execution status for each managed computer
This section describes how to check execution status on the managed computers for an ID group job.

Select View, and enable the View ID Job Agents in the Job Status window.

Double click an ID group job.
The ID group is displayed under the job.

The managed computers that belong to the ID group are displayed under the ID group.

Click a managed computer.
The job status on the selected managed computer is displayed in the right pane.

(3) important notes on checking the status of an ID group job
Note the following when you check the status of an ID group job:

The managing server cannot display the status of the a job on which a communication error has occurred between the relay system managing the ID group and a managed computer.
