5.3.2 Creating reports
The following describes how to create reports based on statistical data using a sample macro. The procedure will be different if you customize the sample macro or use a new macro you have created.

Display the Accumulation data output to file window.

Download the statistical data that will form the basis for the report.
Download an Item data CSV file or code data CSV file as appropriate for the report you are creating. The following table lists the types of statistical data needed to create each kind of report.

From the menu, select Download macro.
A dialog box appears in which you can download a macro.

Specify where you want to save the Excel file.
The file is saved to the location you specified. Save the macro to the same location where you saved the statistical data in step 2.

Open the Excel file you saved in step 4.

Select the check boxes for the reports you want to create, and then click Generate report.
The macro is executed and automatically creates the selected reports.
