5.3 Outputting reports about Items
In JP1/IM - Service Support, you can output statistical information about Items to a file, and use macros to create reports based on this information.
Only the following users can perform these operations:

Process work board managers

Users who have view permission for Items in the target process work board#

Users who belong to the work management role or process work board management role

If the option to set view permissions for individual Items is enabled for the target process work board, Items for which the user does not have view permission contribute to the totals in the report.
