List of commands
The tables below describe the commands you can use for JP1/IM - Service Support. You need to have Administrator permissions to execute the commands.
- When using Windows Server 2012 or Windows Server 2008 to execute the commands

When the Windows UAC feature is enabled and your user account has Administrator permissions other than Administrator, perform either of the following procedures to execute the commands.

Log in to Windows Server 2012 or Windows Server 2008 as an Administrator and execute the commands.

When the OS is Windows Server 2012, in the Start window, right-click JP1_IM-SS Command Prompt and then click Run as administrator. Execute the commands. When the OS is Windows Server 2008, in the Start menu, click Programs and then JP1_Integrated Management - Service Support. Right-click JP1_IM-SS Command Prompt and then click Run as administrator. Execute the commands.
If you do not log in as an Administrator, perform the following procedure to set to always run as an Administrator:

Right-click JP1_IM-SS Command Prompt and then click Properties.

Click the Advanced button.

Select the Run as administrator check box.
When you perform overwrite installation, the settings for always running as an Administrator are canceled. After you perform overwrite installation, perform the above procedure again to always run as an administrator.
