3.15 Status management
The Item statuses used in JP1/IM - Service Support can be customized in accordance with the users' operational requirements. You can perform the following five types of status customization:

Selecting the statuses to be used

Changing the status display order

Changing the names of statuses

Limiting available statuses

Prohibiting escalation
